21 Day Junk Food Free ChallengeFriday, September 18, 2015
I was reading an article last night on lifehack.org titles "30 goals you should set for yourself before turning 30" and one of the points stated there was "COMPLETE THE INTEGRITY CHALLENGE"
Basically you choose one task that is ideally a bit uncomfortable for you like jogging or something, then determine the time frame (e.g.30 days) and then just do your thing to every single day without failing once until your arrive at the finish line. I have been thinking about this since last night and I remembered a friend of mine who is basically on an integrity challenge as well and I decided its about time I went back to consistently challenging myself in health and fitness. So I decided to re tackle the 21 day Junk Food Free Challenge.
Back in Thinspirational Journey I posted this challenge, so now I am going to repost it here as well for all your Fit Crafters out there.
